How to resend an expired Sign Document?

En jotform sign, una de las firmas expiró, como puedo volver a enviarle el correo a esa persona para que firme y se active la firma de las personas que faltan.

Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. If the Sign Document link has already expired, you can always send a reminder email to the users, or they can request for a new link. Let me show you how: 

1. In My Sign Documents, hover over the Sign Document that you want to resend and click on the Sign Inbox button. 

2. In Sign Inbox, click on the Send Reminder Email button in the top right corner of the page. 

3. This will email the user where they can click on the Review & Sign Document button to sign the document.

You can also advise the users to click on the Request New Link button on their end in case the Sign Document has expired.

They will also receive a unique URL that will expire after 7 days by default. Here's the sample email below:
