Hi Health_You,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. Can you explain a bit more about the obstacles you're experiencing, so I can get a better idea of the issue?
Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.

Hi!, nice to meet you Aravir, the obstacles that i've been experiencing are about the forms connected to salesforce, when i'm trying to related the form with an object like for example "case", it doesn't load instantly into the salesforce object called "case", instead it create some sort of table where i have to aprove those forms that i'm creating, i wish to eliminate that step in order to load instantly to the object that i said before if there's no way to erease that step maybe there's another way to do that like flowcharts, and i didn't deep dive into the flowchart, maybe there´s the solution, but i will need your help there anyway, so i'll be more than greatfull if you can help me with that.
Then i have another issue, wich is that i wish to know, how to related a field as a conditional, for example, if i put on the case department the name "Appointments & Claims" it will be automatically set a responsable as "YouHealth", and if a phone number match with any phone number inside salesforce, that put the ID of the account where the phone is matching.
in anticipation thanks for the help.

Hi Health_You,
Thanks for getting back to us. Our Salesforce integration doesn't have an approval feature. If the approval you're seeing is inside Salesforce, it's a Salesforce feature. I suggest you reach out to Salesforce through their Contact Us page. As for your other question, it is not possible to conditionally update the cases in Salesforce.
Let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi Health_You,
Thanks for sharing the screenshot. This approval process is a Jotform feature activated in your form. You can easily remove this approval flow process from the form, or disable it. Let me show you how:
- Go to the Settings tab on Form Builder and select Approval Flows on the left.
- Hover your mouse over the Approval Flow and click the Gear icon.
- You may choose to Disable or Delete the said Approval Flow.
- When deleting the approval flow, you will be able to purge it from your form or restore it if you want.
I also recommend you check out this guide about Mastering Salesforce with Jotform.
Give it a try and let us know if you need more help.
