How to change my Autoresponder's sender email?

    Hola, cuando modificamos el correo desde el que llegan los mensajes de confirmación de haber realizado el formulario (noreply@jotform.com), no llegan los mensajes, ¿nos podéis ayudar con esto por favor?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question.  Can you send me the link to your forms so I can take a look at it for you?

    Muchas gracias y disculpad el retraso en daros respuesta.

    Uno de los formularios que estamos haciendo es el siguiente, https://eu.jotform.com/build/240072691541351/publish

    En el correo de autorespuesta queremos que aparezca como correo del remitente el mail euromeeting@euroforum.es, pero cuando lo seleccionamos este correo deja de funcionar.

    Hello Euroforum,

    Thanks for getting back to us, and we’re sorry you’re having trouble with this. I looked into your form and noticed that the Sender email currently set for your Autoresponder is still our domain, noreply@jotform.com. It seems that you have already added the euro**eting@eur**orum.es as your Sender email, you'll just have to select it from the Advanced tab on your Autoresponder. Let me show you how to set this up.

    1. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
    2. Hover your mouse over the Autoresponder and click on the Pencil icon.
    3. Under the Advanced tab, scroll down to Sender Email and click the dropdown menu to choose your preferred sender email.
    4. Now, scroll down, click on Save, and you're done.

    If you are still not receiving an email from this sender email after setting it up correctly, I suggest recreating your SMTP. We also have a guide about How to Set up SMTP for a Form that you can check out.
