Unable to view submission data: routed to a 404 error page

    Hola, tengo un reporte creado pero no me deja abrirlo. En teoría había un límite de envíos, pero no entiendo por qué no deja ver un reporte de este, me lleva a una página 404 ¿Puede hacer algo al respecto? O es que si no pago, ¿no me ha servido de nada?

    Now, let me help you with your question. The 404 error message you are seeing is because the "Require log-in" options in the Privacy settings were enabled.

    Kindly log in to your account first before accessing the submission data or the reports created. Or you can disable the "Require log-in" option.

    1. Go to your Account Settings.
    2. In the left-hand panel, select Security.
