¿cómo desvinculo una cuenta a la cual no tengo acceso? y además quiero vincular mi cuenta de Godaddy y no me deja

quedo atenta!

Now, let me help you with your question. You must change your email address if you want to unlink your Gmail account from Jotform. You should have an email to use in place of your current email address. If you enable the Require verification to change email option in your Privacy Settings, you will receive an email asking you to confirm the email address change request.

Finally, you will receive an email asking you to confirm the account's new email address.

You can change your password after changing your email address. Let me show you how:

1. Go to the Jotform Main Page and select Login.

2. On the login screen, select Forgot Password.

3. Input your email address and then select Send Reset Instructions.

You'll receive an email with instructions about how to reset your password.

4. In the email, select Reset Password.

5. Input your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then select Create a New Password.

Your new password is now set and you can use it to log into your Jotform account.

Thanks for getting back to us. That pop-up appears when you don't complete linking your account to your Microsoft account. You must click the Unlink button across the email address. Can you also take a screenshot where it doesn't allow you to unlink your GoDaddy account?

Thanks for getting back to us. I can see that you are trying to unlink your account in the Security tab and it causes the problem in unlinking your email address. Let me show you how to How to Change Your Account Email Address:

1. Hover your mouse over your avatar in the upper-right corner of the website.
2. Select your name.
3. Your registered email address can be found at the bottom of your Profile Page under the Account tab

On the right side of the Profile option, click Edit.

4. Fill in the new email address and press the Save button.

If you enabled the Require verification to change email option in your Security Settings, you will receive an email asking you to confirm the email address change request.

Finally, you will receive an email asking you to confirm the account's new email address.
