Now, let me help you with your question. I checked your Trash folder and you currently have 0 deleted forms.

If you're referring to restoring a deleted form after 30 days from date of deletion, unfortunately, this is not currently possible. Check out the example below of a deleted form showing the days remaining where you are able to still restore the form.

In the future, you can hover over to the form on your Trashed folder and click on Restore to restore your form.

If you need a copy of the submission, you can try searching the form name directly on your email account to see if the emails related to the form submissions are still on your email account.
