Now, let me help you with your question. I checked the email address used in creating this ticket, and it shows that it's linked to a Guest account. Guest accounts are temporary accounts with one time log in only. You won't be getting a reset password sent to your email account. If you are referring to a different account, please provide the email address or username to the account. We'll check the status to see why you are having difficulties logging into the account. Or you can share the form link with us, and we can trace the account it's located.
