Now, let me help you with your question. I understand that one form of yours didn't make possible your customer to order and pay your products.
I have checked your two forms available and I can see that your PayPal integration is well connected so that your customers might be able to order and pay using your forms. If a payment failed, it can come from the Paypal plateform and its approval processes.
Note that, in your Paypal integration, as you set it, you didn't allow payment using a Credit Card, as shown below, so that the customer is not allowed to pay using her Credit Card. This can explain the feedback you got.
If this happens again, or if it's not exactly what you are asking for, can you provide us with more details. If the customer can send you a screenshot of what's happening, it will help us to investigate further. This guide will show you how to send us such a screenshot.
