Esta mañana he realizado unos cambios en un formulario y no se actualizan los cambios, este es el formulario

Aparecen cambiados en la plataforma pero no en el enlace
¿que pueder ser?

Could you try to check your form again after clearing your browser cache or try it on a different browser? I have cleared your form Cache to refresh the data. You can try to test the form again.
