Preis für mein Bronze-Abo

Guten Tag,

am 11.07.2022 habe ich ein Jahresabo zum Preis von USD 174.- jährlich bei Ihnen abgeschlossen, also zum Sonderpreis von ursprünglich 14,50 USD monatlich. Dieser sollte mir erhlaten bleiben, wenn ich nicht kündige.

Im Juli 2023 wurden für mein Bronze-Abo jedoch USD 288.- abgebucht, d. h. Sie haben den Preis ohne jede Vorankündigung auf 24.- USD monatlich erhöht, obwohl ich zum Sonderpreis bei Ihnen gebucht hatte.

Gerade habe ich auf Ihrer Plattform gelesen, dass mein ursprünglicher Preis erhalten bleibt, wenn ich nicht kündige oder den Tarif wechsele. Bitte prüfen Sie, ob die Preiserhöhung ein Fehler Ihrerseits war und der Sonderpreis von USD 174.- mir erhalten bleiben kann.

Thanks for patiently waiting while we handle your inquiry. The team have verified that the first time you subscribed had a Welcome discount of 50% off. The regular price is actually $288 per year. The current price for Bronze is $408.

What is the difference between the „regular“ and the „current“ price?Does it mean that I will pay the regular price also next year and new subscribers pay the current price? Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry for the confusion about the price. Since you are on legacy plan, your regular price is $288. This price will remain unless you cancel your account.
