Eine Abbuchung am 24.11. über 260,93€ und eine am 29.11. über 234,00€

Now, let me help you with your question. I can see that you have upgraded your account for Bronze Yearly taking advantage of the End of Year 2023 Bronze Yearly Discount on 29th of November. Here's the invoice for the Bronze Yearly. However, you have changed your subscription plan from Bronze Yearly to Bronze Monthly on the 4th of December. Here's the invoice for the Bronze Monthly. That is the reason why you have 2 consecutive invoices.
Keep in mind that for the second invoice, the system just used the available balance from your Bronze Yearly and you still have a closing balance, which we can ask our Billing team to process the refund if you want.Let us know if you have any other questions.
