Welche Jotform Version braucht man für speziellen Use Case?

Hallo Jotform Team,

wir würden gerne ein Urlaubsantragsformular mit Bedingungen hinterlegen. Es gibt 10 versch. Abteilungen und wenn jemand z.B aus Abteilung Marketing (dieses Feld hinterlegen wir im Formular) einen Antrag stellt, soll z.B. Person A per Mail informiert werden und wenn jemand aus der Abteilung IT einen Antrag stellt dann z.B. Person B. Wie das ganze technisch in Jotform zu machen ist, weiß ich, aber ich würde gerne wissen, welches Jotform Preis Paket man mindestens braucht, um bis zu 10 versch. Empfänger durch Bedingungen einstellen zu können?

Now, let me help you with your question. It's easy to set the Email notifications based on the answers from form submitters. I'll show you how:

• In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
• In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Conditions.
• In the list that pops up, click on Change E-mail Recipient and set a logical condition like the ones below:

• Now, click on Save and you're done.

Multiple email recipients (up to 10) are supported on every paid plan.

Englisch is fine! Thanks for your answer, however on the free plan I get this message that it is necessary to upgrade (I don't only use the WorkforceIT account). Does that mean you need at least the Bronze membership to be able to have up to 10 email recipients?

Thanks for getting back to us. Yes, you are correct, you need to have at least a Bronze subscription to have the Notification Email go to multiple recipients. You will be able to send the email to multiple recipients with the WorkforceIT account since it is a Silver account already.
