Change the account to my email address.

I will get in touch with our IT department to get access to her e-Mail and change the account to my address.

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. Sure once you have access to her Jotform account. You might want to check out this guide about How to Change Your Account Email Address. Let me walk you through it:

1. Hover over your Avatar at the top right corner of the website.
2. Click on your name.
3. Your registered email address is at the bottom of the Profile Page. Click Edit on the right side of the Profile option.



4. Add the new email address and click the Save button.

Please note that in changing the email account, the new email must not be associated with any Jotform account.
