Hallo,

Hi Alexander,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. Did this issue occur only for one submission? If yes, this could have been an isolated issue that has been already fixed. You can try to trigger the submission to be sent to Salesforce by accessing the edit mode. Let me show you how:
- In Tables, select the entry not sent to Salesforce.
- Click on the three dots and select Edit Entry.
- Submit again the form.
This should trigger the submission to be sent to Salesforce. If this issue is happening for all the submissions received, you can remove the integration and set it back again.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
