Hallo, Ich möchte meinen Jotform Account kündigen. Mir fehlen leider die Zugangsdaten. Vielleicht hilft es zu wissen,. welche Seite ich damit betreibe.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'd like to let you know that I am using a translation tool to provide assistance, but if you prefer to receive help in your native language, we can forward this ticket to our German Support Team. However, keep in mind that it could take longer to get a reply from them. 

With that being said, the form in the website is under the account email f*c.ju*gb*uth@g*x.de. In order for us to proceed with what you want, the request should be coming from the account owner, so you will need to login to that Jotform Account.

If you no longer remember the password on that account, you can reset your account password from the login page. Let me show you how to do it:

1. Go to the Jotform Main Page and click on Login.

2. On the login screen, click on Forgot Password.

3. Enter your email address and then click on Send Reset Instructions.

4. You'll get an email with instructions about how to reset your password. In the email, click on Reset Password.

5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.

Your new password is now set and you can use it to log into your Jotform account. After that, you can reply on this thread for verification, or open a new request on this page.
