Hi info981_Robin_info,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. What you require can be achieved by assigning values to the field and use calculation widget to calculate the price. If you can share with us the link to the form, we can guide you in making this form work.
Feel free to reach out again if you have any questions or if we can help you in any other way.

Funktionieren die Berechnungen auch mit einer Bilder-Checkbox?
-
Carrissa_MGeantwortet am 29. November 2023 um 08:55
Hi Robin,
Thanks for getting back to us. There's no direct way to add calculation to the Image Checkbox but what you can do is to add a condition to copy the value of the Image Checkbox to a Single Choice or Multiple Choice field. Here's how you can set the fields:
- On the Form Builder, add both the Image Checkbox and the Single Choice field
- You can hide the Single Choice field to avoid confusion to the submitter
- After setting up the fields, you can now add the condition. Here's the condition you will use:
Once you set the conditions, you can now assign the values to the Single Choice field. Here's a demo form you can try.
Feel free to reach out again if you have any questions or if we can help you in any other way.

Gibt es die Möglichkeit, einen Coupon einzulösen ohne das Produkt-Widget?
-
Gaud Jotform SupportGeantwortet am 29. November 2023 um 11:29
Hi Robin,
Thanks for getting back to us. Yes, it is possible to use a coupon without a product field. You can use the Short Text Field to enter the coupon code. Then you will need to set up the condition to calculate the discount. Here is a link that will explain how to insert a text or calculation into a field using conditional logic.
Here is a demo form; you can check it out.
Let us know how it goes.

Hi Robin,
Thanks for getting back to us. Did you mean you wish to use the single-choice element, which will have the amount of €750, and you wish that amount to be displayed on the product list as well? Is that right? If that's what you are looking for, then allow me some time to look at the possibilities. I’ll get back to you as soon as I have an update on this request.
I appreciate your patience while we handle your request.

Vielleicht ist es so verständlicher. Wenn ich wie in dem ersten bild, in der selection box option 1 auswähle mit dem wert 750€, soll sich die Summe in dem Produktfeld entsprechend auf 750€ anpassen. wie kann ich das machen?

Hi Robin,
Thanks for patiently waiting. I've got an update on your request. Let me show you how you can use a single-choice element with the product price and pass it to the total value. Here are the steps you can follow:
- Open your form in Form Builder, and in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Add Form Element.
- Click on the Single Choice element and add €700, €750, and €800; for example, I used these three.
- Select the Add Element button on the left again. Click on the widgets. Search for the Form Calculator widget.
- Click on the black gear icon to open the properties. Choose the Advance tab. Scroll down and select the Hide field ON.
- Select the Settings option from the top orange navigation bar, and choose conditions from the left side of the panel.
- Select the Update/Calculate field.
- Add the following condition and click on the green Save button.
- Click on the Add Form Elements, Payment option, search for Stripe, and select it.
- Select the magic wand icon to open the payment settings.
- Choose User-defined Amount option in the Payment Type option.
- Get Price from option should be Total calculation (Form Calculator widget). That's it.
Here is a demo form; you can check it out. Let me share the screencast below:
Here is a link for the form calculator widget. This link will show you how to pass a calculation to a payment field.
