Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m sorry you're having issues with your form. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
I cleared the form cache to refresh the data. You can check this guide on How to Clear Your Form Cache. Can you go ahead and try it again and let us know how it goes? If the same thing happens again, can you please use Loom to share screen recordings? We'll investigate it more to see if we can figure out what's going on.
