Account suspended after 1 hour?

Hi guys,

I just discovered Jotform and was playing around with it a little. Whilst doing that, the page refreshed on it's own and now I can't log back in again.

I used the Google login initially. When that stopped working, I sent a password reset to that email which I promptly got. I was able to change the password, but that also didn't help.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry this happened. I've checked your email address but I couldn't find any active Jotform account with it. Did you perhaps register or sign up using a different email? If yes, can you provide us your username or email address so we can check the status of the account?
