Upload Space limit: I received a message in my account that my data storage is almost full.

    Hallo zusammen

    Ich habe eine Meldung im Account bekommen, dass mein Datenspeicher fast voll ist. Leider kann ich nicht ganz eruieren, wo diese 10GB genau aufgebraucht werden.

    Ist es wegen den Bilddaten, welche bei den Formulare mitgeschickt werden? Wird der Datenspeicher verringert, wenn ich diese archiviere oder hat dies keinen Einfluss.

    Zudem wollte ich wissen, ob es möglich wäre nach eine Jahr das Abo wieder downzugraden?

Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I checked your account and can see that you are almost at your Upload Space limit. Please take note that for Bronze, you are allowed to store 10GB. The upload space limit applies to files that users upload. If users submit files with attachments to the File Upload form, your upload space will be reduced by the size of the uploaded file. Please know that this limit does not reset. No worries, to free up some space, you can delete some of your submissions to clear up some space. Here's how:

    1. Go to My Forms page.
    2. Select the form with the submissions you want to delete.
    3. Click the Submissions button at the top of the page to open your Submissions Tables.

    4. In the Submissions Table, select any or all of your entries, click on Delete, then select Move to Trash.

    Now, If you wish to permanently delete all of your trashed entries and clear up your Upload Storage:

    1. Click on the Three dots icon in the upper left corner of the page, then select Trashed Entries.
    2. In the Trashed Entries panel, click on the Select All button, choose the Delete Forever button, then select Delete.

    I would suggest downloading your Submission data to serve as your backup before you delete them since once they are purged, there is no option to recover them. You might also want to consider upgrading your account to increase your account limits.
