As for your question, are you referring to upgrading to Monthly and canceling it anytime? If so, that is possible. If you no longer want the service, you can cancel it anytime. Jotform is a recurring subscription service. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Here's how to cancel it:

1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your avatar in the top-right corner and click on Settings.

2. Under the Billing tab, click on Change Plan.

3. Click on the Downgrade button to switch to the Starter (Free) Plan.

4. There will be a pop-up window with some extra information about the downgrade. Please follow those instructions to continue with canceling your plan.
