    Now, let me help you with your question. I understand that you want to cancel your account and change it to a monthly payment. Since you are due for renewal on December 27, 2023, I advise that you cancel your subscription now and when your scheduled downgrade date comes, you can subscribe to a monthly plan. You can still use the Jotform with the Bronze subscription up until your scheduled downgrade date when you cancel your plan. Let me show you how to cancel your subscription and downgrade back to the Starter plan:

    1. Log in to your Jotform account.

    2. Hover over your avatar in the top right corner of the page and click Settings from the dropdown menu.

    3. Go to the Billing tab.

    4. Click the Change Plan button in the My Plan section.

    5. Select the Starter (Free) Plan and click on Get Started.

    6. A pop-up will appear and click on No thanks, continue to downgrade.

    Please take note of the following after canceling your plan.

    • Upon confirmation of the subscription cancellation, no further charges will be incurred, and the subscription will cease to be billed starting from the Next Billing Date.
    • While no additional billing charges will occur after the subscription cancellation, please note that the account will retain its paid status (Bronze, Silver, Gold) for the duration of the prepaid period.
    • The subscription will automatically downgrade to the Starter (Free) Plan on the date of its expiration, and the subscription expiration date is usually the indicated date in the Next Billing Date that can be seen on the Billing page.
