Sehr geehrtes JotForm-Support-Team,
ich habe ein Problem mit der Integration von Jotform und Pipedrive. Seit etwa 14 Uhr am 23.11.2023 werden Deals nicht mehr ordnungsgemäß weitergeleitet. Dies stellt für uns ein dringendes Anliegen dar, da es die reibungslose Arbeitsabläufe in unserem CRM-System beeinträchtigt.
Bitte helfen Sie uns, dieses Problem so schnell wie möglich zu lösen, da es Auswirkungen auf unsere Geschäftsprozesse hat. Wir sind darauf angewiesen, dass die Integration einwandfrei funktioniert, um unsere Daten und Deals effizient zu verwalten.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know, and we can have them do that. But keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. I understand you're having issues with Pipedrive integration with one of your forms because the new deals are not syncing on Pipedrive, correct? Could you please try to reintegrate the PipeDrive integration by clicking the Remove Integration button and reintegrating it back to see if it makes a difference? If the issue persists, please share the form URL and the affected submission IDs so we can check them.
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

Hello, the Integration dind´t work today without any reason from around 7 to 12. "reintegrate the PipeDrive integration by clicking the Remove Integration button and reintegrating it back" dindt work either. Is there any solution, to integrate the deals to pipedrive again, besides uploading them manually via Excel sheets ?

Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry you are having issues with this. Can you please share the specific form URLs you are having issues with the Pipedrive Integration, as mentioned by my colleague Catherine? Also, please provide the affected submission IDs as well.
In addition, I created a new form that is integrated into Pipedrive Integration to test it out, but I was able to create deals in Pipedrive. Check out my screencast below to see my result:
