Now, let me help you with your question. I’m really sorry that this is happening. You can easily turn off the Jotform branding in a few easy steps. Let me show you how.

1. In My Forms, on the upper-right corner of the screen, click on your Avatar.
2. Click on Settings.
3. On Jotform Branding, Uncheck the Checkbox Show "Powered by Jotform" on my forms.
