Only send the Email Notification based on the selected answer

Hallo,

ist es möglich eine E-Mail Benachrichtigung nur dann zu senden, wenn ein bestimmte Checkbox aktiviert ist? Wenn ja, wie? Haben Sie hierfür eine Lösung?

Ich habe eine Benachrichtigung erstellt, welche nicht automatisch bei einem neuen Eintrag oder aktualisierten Eintrag gesendet werden soll. In den Bedingungen habe ich eine Regel erstellt, welche die E-Mail Vorlage senden soll. Das funktioniert aber irgendwie nicht.

Now, let me help you with your question. To clarify, are you referring to your form 233245277631052? If so, it appears that you have enabled the Jotform Sign Automation, which sends an email notification from Jotform Sign for the completed Signed document. Can you please try to disable the Jotform Sign Automation in your Signature field and see if it makes a difference? Here's how to do it:

1. Select the Signature field in your form and click the Sign Automation icon.
   
   
2. Toggle the Enable Jotform Sign Automation to OFF.
