Hi Bernd,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can follow the steps below to change the email address:
- Click on your avatar in the top right corner of the window.
- Click on Settings
- Under Account tab, you'll see the option to edit your email address
4. Add the new email address and click Save.
Depending on your account’s settings (i.e., HIPAA accounts), you may get a confirmation email to verify your new email address. If you do get one, please make sure to verify it.
You can change your email address in this method. You will receive all emails about your account to your new email address.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

thanks for your help, I have confirmed my e-mail address. But login is not
possible, cause my password id for my old mail address. This mail address
in not more available,
but i cannot changed the password, cause I get the mail to the invalid mail
address. If I sent an e-mail to rabear@gmx.de I cannot open this address.
Can you help me?
