Goedenavond.
Ik heb twee accounts bij u. een gratisaccount inlognaam eddievanhuet met een wachtwoord wat werkt.
Het tweede account heb ik aangemaakt voor mijn broer, dit is een betaalde versie en heeft de inlognaam ivovanhuet.(ivo@yourtourguide.eu)
Voor beide accounts gebruik ik hetzelfde email adres eddievanhuet@me.com
Het account van mijn broer kan ik niet meer benaderen. Wilt u mij een resetmail sturen zodat ik het wachtwoord kan wijzigen?
Ik hoor graag van u.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Dutch Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Dutch, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. I have sent the password reset email to eddievanhuet@me.com. Please follow the steps on the email to reset the password. You can also request to reset the password on your end. Let me take you through it:
1. Go to the Jotform Main Page and click on Login.
2. On the login screen, click on Forgot Password.
3. Enter your email address and then click on Send Reset Instructions.
4. You'll get an email with instructions about how to reset your password. In the email, click on Reset Password.
5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.
Your new password is now set and you can use it to log into your Jotform account.

I have tried this.
But it leads not to the account of ivo@yourtourguide.eu . It leads to an older account, witch I used earlier. eddievanhuet@me.com
Please send me an reset mail for the account of ivovanhuet or ivo@your tourguide.eu
In that account I have made the following forms

Thanks for getting back to us. You are not receiving the password reset email because there is currently no account registered with the email address ivo@yourtourguide.eu. However, I checked the link to the forms you provided and it seems that the forms are on another Jotform account with the email address edd**vanhu*t@kpn**il.nl. Please log in to this other account to access the forms. I also sent a password reset email to this email address if you need to reset the password.
