    Hallo,


    Ich wollte fragen, ob es bei einem Terminfindungsformular möglich ist, dieses zu bearbeiten, also zum Beispiel auswählbare Zeitslots hinzuzufügen, wenn dies bereits veröffentlicht und von einigen Nutzern/Kunden bearbeitet wurde.


    Über eine Antwort würde ich mich sehr freuen!

    Now, let me help you with your question. Yes, you can update your Appointment widget by adding additional time slots. You can also increase the limit of users that can book a certain time slot. See screenshot and instructions below:

    1. In Form Builder, click the Gear icon of the Appointment Widget.
    2. Click the Advanced tab.
    3. Set the Appointment Type to Group.
    4. Set number of users allowed in slot.

    Hi Shane,
    actually my question was a bit different but to make it easier for you,
    I'll translate it to english.
    So, I asked myself, whether it is possible to change aspects of an
    appointment form, like the available time slots, when it has already been
    published and filled by people. I am asking this because I wondered, wheter
    I could add new time slots then or change the existing ones (if they
    haven't been booked) in case that my schedule changed.

    Hi Julia,

    Thanks for getting back to us and your clarification. Yes, you can add new time slots on the appointment widget even if there are submissions already sent. But, there are things to consider depending on where you adjust the timing of the interval if the dates selected have not yet passed, see screenshot below:

    If you adjust the "To" value, the time selection field will still be greyed out so that users cannot select schedules that have submission in them:

    But, if you adjust the "From" value, then the times that should be greyed out will become available, which can result in conflicts in the appointment schedule:

    So, if ever you are making changes on the "From" value and don't want to have more than one user for an appointment, you should either change the "Start Date" of the Appointment widget or mark the dates as "Vacation or Holidays" to exclude those days from the selection and avoid double-booking. Here’s how to do it:

    1. Click the Gear icon from the widget.
    2. Click the Limits tab.
    3. If you want to start fresh from a set date, change the Start Date value.
    4. If the dates are more spread out, add them to the Vacation or Holidays fields.
