Bewilligungsanfrage zeitlich verzögert anfragen

Hallo

Ich habe ein Formular für eine Kursanmeldung welche verschiedene Bewilligungsprozesse durchlaufen muss. Alles soweit so gut, es funktioniert alles so wie es aktuell gebaut ist.

Nun möchte ich gerne folgendes:
Ich melde einem Mitarbeiter heute (16.11.2023) zu einem Kurs an welcher am 18.11.2023 stattfindet.

Ich möchte nun am 19.11.2023 eine Bewilligungsprozess starten mit der Anfrage, ob der Kursteilnehmer am Kurs war oder nicht, die Anfrage sollte aber erst am 19.11.2023 versendet werden.

Der Punkt wäre, dass der Prozess nach 1 Tag des Kursdaten weiter geht.

Ich habe nun das hier gebaut, könnten Sie mir sagen ob das funktioniert?
Mit dem Feld "Datum" bin ich mir nicht sicher ob dieser Wert genommen wird.

Thanks for getting back to us. Yes, the approval setup that you made will work too. As I understand, it will send after the current date since the Default Date is set as Current. For example, I filled up the form today, the approver will receive the approval email tomorrow.
