Download des Fragebogens

Hallo,

ich suche eine Funktion/Element für meinen Fragebogen, mit der der Kunde alle Fragen des Fragebogens runterladen kann. Manche Kunden wollen den Fragebogen (evtl. sensible Daten) nämlich nicht online ausfüllen. Stattdessen laden Sie alle Fragen als Editor oder Word-Datei runter, füllen alles lokal aus und schicken mir die Datei über einen individuellen Weg.

Wie kann ich das am besten für meine Kunden machen?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to assist you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd prefer to receive support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, I'll help you with your question. You can download a fillable version of your form in PDF format. Let me show you how:

1.  In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Publish.
2.  Click on PDF on the left side of the screen.
3. You will be redirected to the Jotform PDF Editor where you can customize the form and download it in PDF format by clicking on the download icon.

A different proposal is to use the Jotform mobile App, which also allows offline (no Internet connection) form entry. This allows you to create your forms easily. After creating a form, you'll need to download the Jotform Mobile App. On the Jotform Mobile App, you can use Offline Mode to save your form to your device, so you can fill it out, or you can use Kiosk Mode even when you don't have an internet connection.

All the submission data will be saved to your device and then later sent to your Inbox once you have an internet connection. We also have a guide explaining How to Use Jotform Mobile Forms Without Internet Access that you can check out. thank you. My question was, how the client (not me) can download the survey. I am searching for an element to add to the survey or something similar.

Thanks for getting back to us. You can enable the Print button in the form so they can print it without filling out online. Let me show you how:

• In Form Builder, click on the gear icon of the Submit button.
• Go to Advanced tab, then enable the Print button.
