Hallo Jotform-Team,
seit kurzem funktionieren meine Formulare nicht mehr und es wird eine Fehlermeldung angezeigt, dass meine Upload-Quota erreicht ist. Ich habe daher viele gespeicherte Daten gelöscht, um den Speicherplatz zu reduzieren, aber die Formulare funktionieren immer noch nicht.
Kann ich jetzt Jotform gar nicht mehr kostenfrei nutzen?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are currently busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to assist you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd prefer to receive support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
I checked your account and it is in good status now. I also checked some of your forms and they're working fine. If you can still see the issue, please share the direct form link and we will check it.
