Customize the submission data from form.

Sehr geehrtes Jotforms-Team,

wir haben im Zuge der Nutzung ihres System folgende Fragen:

1. Können die Übermittlungsprotokolle bzw. übermittelten Formular angepasst werden, insbesondere
2. Einfügen von Übermittlungs-IP
3. Einblenden von allen angefragten Fragen (dann ausgegraut), sodass der derzeitge Anfrageumfang nachgehalten werden kann.
4. Werden die über die Möglichkeit des Beleguploads hochgeladenen Anhänge durch Sie hinsichtlich Virenbelastung geprüft?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, as for your first question, do you want to collect the IP Address of the person submitting the form? If so, by default, the IP Address is collected in every submission, and you can be able to check that via the Submissions page. Here's how:

1. Go My Forms.
2. Select the form you want to check the IP Address and click the Submissions button in the top toolbar.

3. In the Submissions Table, click the Columns button near the upper-right-hand corner.

4. Search and enable Submission IP.

As for your other question, I've moved that to a new thread:

1. Showing all requested questions (then greyed out) so that the current scope of inquiries can be tracked.
2. Do you check the attachments uploaded via the document upload option for virus contamination?
