Now, let me help you with your question. Do you mean that you would like to set a dynamic header and footer in PDF Editor. Unfortunately, it's currently not available. Yet, you can add a Heading element in form head and Text element as the last element in the PDF as header and footer. Let me show you how:

1. In PDF Editor, go to Basic Elements.
2. Drag-and-drop Heading field to the top of the form.
3. Next, drag-and-drop Text field to the botton of the form.
