Unable to receive PDF attachments in Autoresponder Email

as person that filled out the form, I do not recieve an email . what I want ist having a email including the results as a pdf. I've tried what you mention but do not get an email with attachemend.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry you're having trouble with the Autoresponder Email attachment. As mentioned by my colleague Nozomi in another thread, removing the email alert and then adding it back works. Can you please confirm if you've already done this?

I also noticed that the PDF document for your form is incomplete. Here's a result from my test:

You can view and modify this and make sure it is attached to your Autoresponder email. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.

2. Go to Emails in the left menu.

3. Hover over the Autoresponder Email and click on the pencil icon to edit.

4. Go to the Advanced tab and in the Attach PDF section, click the external arrow icon to open the PDF Document.

5. The PDF Editor will be opened with the incomplete submission data. To complete this, in the New Document tab, click on the three dots icon.

6. Select the Delete option and click Yes, Delete.

7. Click on the New PDF tab and select the New PDF Document option. This will create a new PDF document with all the submission data available.

8. Go back to the Form Builder, refresh the page, and select the New Document.

9. Click on Save.

Here's the result of the newly created PDF document:
