Guten tag
ich habe folgendes problem ich möchte ein formular Veschlüseln mit einem Passwort aber die einzige möglichkeit die habe ist eine datei hochzuladen was aber so mir nicht weithilft jetzt wollte ich fragen ob das ein fehler ist weil in den hilfe videos sieht es immer anderst aus als bei mir. besten dank.

Now, let me help you with your question. Can you send me the link to your form so I can take a look at it for you? If you have already enabled the encryption, you must upload the encryption key to decrypt the submissions. Can you search on your computer for Encryption Keys, they are saved as .key files. Please note that Jotform doesn’t save a copy of your keys on our server, nor are we able to generate a replacement if you lose yours. So, please be sure to save your Encryption Keys in a safe place.

ja mein verschlüschlusslung key habe ich auf meinem laptop habe ihn aber momentan deaktiviet weil wie gesagt möchte ich das formular über ein passwort sichern ich habe dir den link für mein form oben verlinkt

Thanks for getting back to us. To provide further clarification, do you intend to utilize Encrypted Forms 2.0 within your form and employ the access code as a substitute for the encryption keys? If so, can you please try cloning the existing form from your account and see if the cloned form now uses Encrypted Forms 2.0?
If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better? It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.
