Form translation: Translate exported PDF

Guten Tag

Wir haben ein Formular, wo wir die Übersetzungsintegration nutzen. Jetzt möchten wir beim PDF export des Formulars dass bei Französisch abgesendeten Antworten auch der übersetzte Text der Fragen angezeigt wird. Ist das möglich?

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. I checked your account and found 7 forms, can you share the link to the form in the issue? In the meantime, I cloned your form 233131803387352 and made a test submission. The PDF works as expected, check out the screenshot below:

The problem I have, that the question text in the pdf are always in german even, the form is submitted in french. Can I somhow export the pdf reult in the french version?

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, Jotform does not support the feature to auto-translate the submission PDF. If you need your PDF translated, you have to manually do it using the PDF Editor. Let me show you how:

• In Form Builder, click on the Downward Arrow icon next to the Jotform Logo.
• Select PDF Editor in the dropdown.
• Click on New PDF and select New PDF Document.
• Click on each field name and translate to your preferred language. That's it.
