Autoresponder emails are not received correctly

    guten Tag

    im Formular Jahresrapporte habe ich ein Problem

    mail an den Absender: es geht nicht an den Absender, obwohl ich dies aktiviert habe.

    wie kann ich das PDF anhängen, was ausgefüllt wurde?

    auch das Mail an den Ersteller sieht komisch aus, nicht wie sonst.

    Now, I'll help you with your question. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but I was able to receive both notification and autoresponder emails without any issues. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

    Autoresponder emails are not received correctly Image 1 Screenshot 50 Most of the time, if we remove it and then add it back, that solves the issue. Let me show you how:

    1.  In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    2.  In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
    3. On the right side of the Autoresponder field, click on the Trash Can icon, and delete the existing Autoresponder Email.

    5. Next, select Autoresponder Email.

    hello

    thanks for your help

    what I recieve is this , I can not really read the fields.


    as person that filled out the form, I do not recieve an email . what I want ist having a e

    Thanks for getting back to us. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. I was able to receive the Autoresponder Email after filling out the form. Check out the screenshots below to see my results:

    There was also an attachment below when I tried

    I was also able to view the Notification Email that was sent to the form owner when new submissions were made. They do not look distorted or anything.

    I did notice that the header in your attached screenshot shows the word SPAM. Can you please confirm if the email was indeed in the spam/junk folder? If so, please mark them as not spam. Also, we recommend reaching out to your email service provider and requesting that they whitelist emails from Jotform, regardless of the IP address being used. This will guarantee that all legitimate emails from Jotform are acknowledged and delivered by your email service provider.
