Formular lässt sich nicht submitten

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

leider lässt sich das Formular "Besuchsberichte" das wir angelegt haben nicht submitten, es sei denn es wird keine Antwortmöglichkeit ausgewählt. Es sind keine Pflichtfragen o.ä. definiert und wir können uns das Ganze nicht erklären.

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

I have checked the form and it is currently empty. Can you explain a bit more about the issue, so I can get a better idea of what's happening?
