Registrierformular mit QR Code

    Guten Abend

    Ich habe zwei Fragen:

    1. Wenn ich mit dem Starter Paket (gratis) ein Formular mit QR Code hochgeladen habe, wie lange ist dieser QR Code gültig?

    2. Wir erwarten ca. 300 Anmeldungen bis 31. Mai 2024. Was passiert, wenn wir in einem Monat über 100 Anmeldungen (Antworten) haben? Habe auf der Preisliste gesehen, dass nur 100 Antworten pro Monat zur Verfügung stehen. Wie ist das gemeint?

    Let me help you with your concern. What type of QR code are you going to use in your form? If this is the Dynamic QR code, the code will be valid as long as the associated submission data is not deleted. If its a QR code that user scans to access to your form, then it should be valid as long as the form is not deleted.

    100 submissions/month limit refers to the number of submissions you can receive each month. If you reached that limit, your form will no longer be accessible and you need to upgrade you plan or wait until it resets the following month. In your case you mentioned you only expect 300 submission by May 2024 which I assume is the total number of submission and not something you will receive each month. If that's the case, the Starter (Free) Plan, will allow you to store up 500 to total submissions. You can learn more about usage and limit here.
