    Guten Tag,

ich möchte ein 10 seitiges pdf in ein Online-Formular umwandeln.

Das pdf wir aber nur unvollständig importiert. Es fehlen Seiten und Bilder.

Mit meinem Silver-Acount dürften die Felder aber ausreichen.

    Hello Franz,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. I checked through your Jotform account but couldn't see any active forms. Could you share the accounts from where you downloaded the PDF so that we can see if it can be replicated?

Also, if you think that all fields were not included in the PDF when you downloaded it, you can try creating a new document, which will include all fields by default. Then just delete the old document.

Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.

    Hello Mary,

if you have access to my account, you see a formula called "Weihnachten".

My account infos are in the attached file or accountname: franzmayer

On the left side are the imported fields, on the right side is the original pdf.

You can recognize a "gap" - missing fields.

    Hello Franz,

Thanks for getting back to us and we’re sorry you’re having trouble converting your original PDF. When I looked at your form, I noticed that there were image selections that couldn't be mapped in the widgets or product list. Let me show you how to usually mapped a form fields from the original PDF:

Smart PDF Editor will try its best to create a perfect copy of your PDF document. But there are instances when the system can't create an exact copy of it, so you have to manually create it using the form elements. We also have a guide about How to Use Jotform Smart PDF Forms that you can check out.

Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.

    Hi Mary,

thanks for your help. I tried it an dit works. Thx.

On e last question for today:

Is it possible, to switch in one form between two or three rows?

i.e: The first two pages has 2 colums, page 3 and 4 has 3 colums, and page 5 2 colums.
