Limit form collaboration to specific form

Guten Tag,

wir arbeiten von der Maschinenringe Deutschland GmbH mit dem Preismodell GOLD.

Ist es möglich, dass man im Backend ein Formular zum Bearbeiten freigibt, ohne dass derjenige einen kompletten Zugang zu allen Formularen hat?

Also die Sichtbarkeit einschränken.

Oder gibt es eine andere Mölgichkeit?

Wir haben die Herausforderung, dass wir für Person A eine Tischreservierung in Jotform haben. Außerdem haben wir noch viele weitere Formulare für sämtlicher unserer Fachbereiche.

Person A möchte einen Zugriff aufs Backend des Formulars, um eigenständig Termine für die Reservierungen dazuzunehmen bzw. rauszunehmen. Er soll aber alle anderen Formulare nicht sehen und bearbeiten können.

Gibt es dafür eine Lösung?

Now, let me help you with your question. Yes, you can utilize the Form Collaboration feature, where multiple team members can simultaneously work on the same form. All changes are automatically uploaded, so you always edit the most current version. Here's how to do it:

1. Click the Add Collaborators button at the top right of Form Builder.
2. Then, click the Copy Link button and share it with others.
   

Please keep in mind that Form Collaborators cannot create forms or access / edit other forms in your account. They can only access the form through a collaboration link, and you still need to provide them with the collaboration link for each form in order for them to be able to access other forms in your account.
