Hallo,
das Programm sagt, dass wir das Datenspeicherlimit erreicht haben. Ich habe dann alle Antworten von unserem meist genutzten formular gelöscht. Den Papierkorb habe ich ebenfalls geleert. Der Datenspeicher ist immer noch voll. Wie kann ich den Datenspeicher bereinigen?

Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your issue. I checked your account, and you had already beyond the Upload Space limit, which is now 1.8GB out of 100MB for the Starter plan. Keep in mind that your account will be automatically suspended once you have reached this limit.
To free up upload space, you need to delete the submissions in your form with files uploaded in it. Please make sure to download your submission data and upload files to your local copy. You can check the following links below to download your file.
