Login nicht möglich

Hallo,

wir haben gestern mehrfach versucht uns in unseren Account einzuloggen, aber es funktioniert leider nicht. Zuletzt stand dort, dass wir es in ein paar Stunden nochmals versuchen sollen.

Heute morgen haben wir es erneut versucht, auch über Passwort zurücksetzen. Aber es kommt immer wieder die Meldung, dass das Passwort nicht korrekt wäre.

Wir benötigen dringend Hilfe, da wir den Account benötigen.

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. It could be coming from the fact that this account is not used for a little while. I have unlocked it, but bear in mind that you might need to reset your password which is easy to do. Let me take you through it:

1. Go to the Jotform Main Page and click on Login.

2. On the login screen, click on Forgot Password.

3. Enter your email address and then click on Send Reset Instructions.

You'll get an email with instructions about how to reset your password.

4. In the email, click on Reset Password.

5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.

Your new password is now set and you can use it to log into your Jotform account.
