How to convert a form to a PDF?

    Hi Sabrina,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. Can you provide us with the link to the document you created so we can investigate it?

Once we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.

    Hallo Joshua,

    Sabrina

    Hi Sabrina,

Thanks for getting back to us. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the problem but, it appears to be working as expected. The fields in the downloaded PDF show up exactly how they were set up in the PDF Editor. Check out this screencast below:

Keep in mind that you can update the position of the fields by clicking on the field and dragging them to the position you prefer. In the meantime, can you Clear your Browser's Cache and Cookies and if the problem is the same, can you send us a screenshot pointing to the problem, so we can investigate it?

Once we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.
