clearing upload usage

    Liebes Support-Team,


    leider bekomme ich den Datenspeicher nicht gelöscht. Ich habe den Posteingang, die Tabellen, die Antworten etc. gelöscht und aus den Papierkörben entfernt. Leider ohne Erfolg. Es steht immer noch, dass der Datenspeicher zu über 60% gefüllt ist.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    I checked your account and see that your usage is 0 KB over your account's 100 MB limit. This means that the uploaded files or any related submission data have already been deleted from your account.
