Unable to reset the password

    Hallo,

    Ich bekomme keine E-Mail, um mein Passwort zurückzusetzen.

    Ich habe noch einen Account mit der E-Mail-Adresse: sabiene.rung@gmail.com.

    Bei dieser würde ich gerne die E-Mail auf hallo@sabienerung.de ändern oder mir einen neuen Account machen. Leider klappt beides nicht.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I'm sorry if you're unable to receive the email to reset the password. I checked the email logs, and it doesn't have the password reset email. Can you please try to reset the password again? Let me show you how to do that:

    1. Go to the Jotform Main Page and click on Login.

    2. On the login screen, click on Forgot Password.

    3. Enter your email address and then click on Send Reset Instructions.

    4. You'll get an email with instructions about how to reset your password. In the email, click on Reset Password.

    5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.

    Your new password is now set, and you can use it to log into your Jotform account.

    Also, the email address h***o@sab*****ung.de is connected to a deleted account. Would you like us to reactivate the account?

    Hello Sabiene,

    Thank you for your reply. This email address (hallo@sabi***enerung.de) is associated with your other account which is currently deleted. This is the reason why you cannot use this email address on your current active account. We will need to reactivate that deleted account so that you can sign in to that account and change the email address to a dummy or other email address. After you change that, you can go ahead and request for it to be deleted. Going back to your current account, you should be able to update your email to (hallo@sabi***enerung.de).

    Let us know if you would like us to proceed with reactivating the deleted account.
