Getting database connectivity error when submitting form

    Guten Tag

    Ich erhalte folgende Fehlermeldung, wenn ich ein Formular absende:

    Error on query: answersDB<br>Error returned:The client was disconnected by the server because of inactivity. See wait_timeout and interactive_timeout for configuring this behavior.<hr>

    Wie kann ich den Fehler beheben?

    Now, let me help you with your question. The error sometimes occurs if the form filler has a weak signal or a dropped network connection. Can you confirm if all users facing this issue or if some particular user facing this issue? Also, share the Form URL in question, so I can check it at my end.
