Can I allow other users to update the data on a table?

Hallo,

wir haben die Herausforderung das mehrere Leute an einer Liste (Inventur) arbeiten sollen und dieses Dokument (ähnlich wie bei Excel) geupdated und gespeichert werden soll sobald Änderungen von den Personen vorgenommen werden. Ist das bei Jotform möglich, oder muss ein Formular zwangsläufig immer abgeschickt werden?

Now, about your question. It is possible to share your Jotform Tables with collaborators inside Jotform. Let me show you how:

• Open the submissions table where you wish to invite collaborators.
• Now click on Share in the top right corner and on the pop-up, click on Share Setting in the top right corner of the Invitation link.
• Select Collaborator as the Invitation link default role, then enter the email address of the collaborator in the Invite by email section and send the invitation.

This way, you and your collaborators will be able to make changes to the table separately. Besides this, you can also check out the collaboration options offered by Jotform Enterprise and Jotform Teams.
