Now, let me help you, please note that this is a known issue and our developers are already looking into this. According to your screenshot, you are accessing your form at "form.jotform.com". Unfortunately, some Internet Service Providers in Belgium have blocked it. I advise using the "eu.jotform.com" domain while we work to resolve the issue. We will contact these ISPs from our side but it would be helpful if you can also contact your provider for IP blacklist removal.
