Hallo,
Kunden schreiben uns an, weil sie E-Mail Bestätigungen von verschiedenen alten Formularen erhalten oder auch wiederholt Bestätigung von aktuellen Formularen erhalten. All dies passierte gestern um 15:00 herum. Die entsprechenden Formulare sind zum Teil schon lange deaktiviert und wurden nicht mehr angefasst. Wie kann das sein?Vielen Dank, mfG - Annette Kießling

Now, let me help you with your question. I can see that the screenshot you've sent is from your notification email. Was that from an old submission? I've also checked the related form, and it is disabled. If it was not from an old submission, it is possible that some of your users filled out your form before you disabled it. And as far as I know, we do not have any related issues about email notifications.
Please try to monitor your forms, and if the same thing happens again, we'll investigate it more to see if we can figure out what's going on.

Hallo,
das ist z.B. auch bei diesem Formular passiert: https://form.jotform.com/232414298944362Das wurde seit dem 5.10. nicht mehr aktuallisiert und ist offline. Trotzdem wurden erneut Anmelde-Bestätigungen durch Jotform versandt.

I've also checked this form, and there was no scheduled email set up, so I'm not sure why it is still sending emails. Please disable the condition, monitor your forms, and let us know if the issue persists.
