    To confirm do you mean you want to send an instruction of the appointment right after someone scheduled an appointment, if Yes, you would need to create another Autoresponder Email for the personalized reminder email and take a look at our Send Emails later feature. When the form is submitted, it will schedule the auto-responder email to be sent to the user on a specific date. You may like to take a look at this guide which should help you.

    In customizing the autoresponder email, please note that you can simply add the form field if you would like to include this information in the email. Here's an example of how to show the appointment date on the email:
